Order Processing Time:
Please allow 7 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping options. Standard Shipping typically takes 3 -5 business days from the date it was shipped.
Some larger packages may require private logistics carriers and you will be notified upon shipment.
We offer Expedited Processing. If you choose expedited processing , we will process your order within 24 hours, if placed before 12pm Eastern Time Zone.

We offer flat rate shipping on most items at a rate of $11.99.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Order Verification Policy:
Thank you for trusting us with your business. As part of our commitment to ensure the best possible quality and customer experience, we do take additional steps to make sure all orders in our system pass a fraud and security check.
If there are any characteristics about your order that did not pass our automated security and potential fraud scan, we will ask to manually verify your information which may include but is not limited to requesting proof of identity and or proof of address.
In the event that we are not able to get a positive match to your address and payment information, there are two possible outcomes. First we offer to reprocess your order with a certified payment form, i.e. Venmo or CashApp. The second option would be to process a cancellation of the order and return of funds to original payment source.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays and provide assistance as needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Although it is not a requirement we encourage Route Package Protection to be added to your order. Please email us at help@brownsugarbabe.net with any additional concerns.
Shipping Address:
Please Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address resulting in a package being returned, a re-shipping charge of $11.99 will apply, as it is beyond our control.
Returns due to Failed Deliveries:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Weather-Related Delays:
Extreme weather conditions may impact shipping times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
