*NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE PRODUCTS AND ORDERS*

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items to us. Please note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  •  Returned items must be sent back within 7 business days after initiating the return.
  •  We do not offer exchanges.
  •  All returned orders/items will incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

All returns require a return label from the Brown Sugar Babe returns/customer service team. To initiate a return, please contact help@BrownSugarBabe.net

Due to return fraud, once your returned item(s) reach our warehouse, we will inspect them for authenticity. After verification, a refund of 50% of the order/item amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Goods:

Returns involving damaged goods require clear images and/or videos of the damaged items for replacement consideration. Once received, we will inspect the product for usage before processing any replacements.

International Orders:

No returns or refunds are accepted for international orders.

Return Policy for Candles:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused candles within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only unused candles are eligible for return.
  •  Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned candles must be sent back within 7 business days after initiating the return.
  • Used candles are not eligible for return. 

 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
